  • Solution: Collaborated with the advancement team to devise organic and paid social media strategies amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Utilized historical data to inform content strategy and worked closely with the AVP of Advancement and digital agency to craft a targeted paid campaign, amplifying awareness and support for giving messages. This collaborative effort earned a 2021 Case Circle of Excellence Bronze Award for advancement work. Additionally, the 2020 social media campaign generated $2,377,809 in support of Miami students, marking the most successful year in the campaign’s seven-year history in terms of both participation and funds raised.
